2nd test---- Company LAW... MY FAVOURITE topic / 2:18 am

Yes.. its now officially the 5th time i'm taking this subject.. and its the 2nd test of the semester..
after studying freaking hard on Ultra vires and Outsiders and lifting the corporate veil....
TADAHHHHHHHHHHHH 2 out of the blardy 3 qns had nothing to do with the "3 more likely topics to come out"....
the 2 topics was from the 1st 2 chapters dealing incorporation of company n Separate legal entity... and these are the 2 topics which me n Eq didnt really focus on....
Oh oh well... i guess it still ok... not sure whether HD is achievable but sure hope can pass the paper...
Anyway. to rebel against the wrong info... EQ and myslef keep chanting "BORING BORING" each time Ram (the lect) open his open to talk when we cont the lect later part of the evening

Oklah... last paper to go .. and oh damn its the NICEST (read: BORING) paper.. corporate accounting... so many theory with the remembrance of that german guy teaching us....
