Dark Clouds gathering again / 6:23 am
ARghhhhhhhhhhh.. I’m so freaking mad with these DPEX ppl.. Full of craps.. Told me that I’m suppose to receive my documents yesterday b4 6pm.. and no.. it didn’t appear. Then after that, suppose to reach here in the office in Singapore b4 noon and yet… oh look at time now.. its damn 2.45pm and oh.. no sight of the documents.
Jeez well, mebe if its not that urgent I would not have been this prickly but oh wait, I did MENTION to them that its URGENT!! Spell out the words to them U.R.G.E.N.T!!!!! Oh maybe, we all went to different schools thus sense of urgency is not being taught there.
And oh.. maybe they are just on the way here… its ok… I CALLED the freaking line herm… 5 times today. Twice in the morning to chase for the document and asking for explanation of where my document has gone to… Oh mebe they delivered to the damn document to Africa??? NO, ma’am , the document had reached Singapore on the 6th morning and it’ll reach ur place by the evening b4 6pm on the 6th july. Yeah yeah yeah BULLSHIT!!!! And today, “ Oh sorry ma’am. The document is out for the delivery today morning, should reached your place by noon.” And yes, I did specifically mentioned that the document is oh well DARN URGENT!!! Oh wee.. geee…. Time moves on… like never before… and now the clock struck 2.54pm. Still no sight of the document. I tried calling 3 times and each time I only managed to say “I’m tracking my document fr……” and a curt reply “hold on” and I was left to hold on… and ya I hold on.. and I hold on again… Damnit… thrice in a row I called and they transferred me w/out the other party picking up. Hey, I think the 3rd time; someone did pick it up… but JEEZ!! The next moment I know silence welcome me… SILENCE… I want someone to be talking not silence.
And finally, the last straw I called and I ensure that I get my message thru’ b4 that moron of a receptionist transferred me again with her damn monotonous voice. And yes, well, 2 person in a row get an earful from me… Well, judging from the length of stuff that I wrote here, did ya think I was appease?? Obviously not!! The 2nd picker states that “oh, document is out..” Gee…. Boy, did she not realize what a mistake she did in mentioning that…. Fuu yohhh.. the dark clouds gathered once again and diarrhea of the mouth starts again (but mind you, no vulgarities, just that I kinda speak rather punctuated emphasizing that I’m speaking to a moron) And so, she got it for a second that I was mad. Pretty mad. Told her in an even tone that she has to get back to me by 3pm.
And sigh…. Its kind of sucking my energy with all these anger directed at that DPEX!!!
And look at the time now… its 3.04pm… No sense of urgency. No.. I guess not. Angry customer. Yes, very angry indeed. Sigh… but work still have to continue. Will be back to continue the saga …. Darn its now 3.22 and still no calls... somehow a blinding white fury is overcoming me... God save those who are in the way of the storm
